 VARISU: MOVIE REVIEW RATING - 2.5/5 The Vijay starred film is pretty average.  The cast is great, and the music is amazing. Thalapathy is still at his height in terms of class and doesn't look like he is going to slow down anytime soon. But, from the perspective of the movie, the movie brings the Telugu film style comedy to the Tamil cinema, which with Vijay on the front line hits amazingly well. Otherwise, it is a good story stretched to a runtime of almost 3 hours which kind of ruins it, making it a very average movie. The songs Jimmiki Ponnu, Thee Thalapathy and Ranjithame have great beats which u can vibe to. Vijay and Rashmika have ample screen time as a couple, and the movie doesn't overdo it at all.  And see Rashmika dance with Vijay is amazing because we can finally see someone actually dance properly with the man. Overall a one time watch, which is preferred with family.

 HARRY POTTER AND THE PHILOSOPHERS STONE: MOVIE REVIEW RATING - 3.5/5 This is the first movie of eight in the Harry Potter series. One of the few things they did well was capture the essence of the world we all dreamed of and imagined while reading those books and bring it out on screen. The school, the views and everything was what we imagined as kids. The casting was beautifully done, with Daniel, Rupert and Emma taking on the lead roles. I can easily they there could never be a better casting, They took the story really well even though they had to cut a few parts from the book, change a few bits and also remove Peeves entirely. But overall, they stuck to the meaning of what the story wanted to send.  The dialogue "It does do to dwell on dreams" is something that will stick with you through your life. Overall, a pretty good movie

 PATHAAN: MOVIE REVIEW RATING- 3/5 Pathaan is a movie with some pretty good cinematography. We got SRK doing some amazing acting and so does Deepika Padukone. But John Abraham, can't act for the life of him.  This movie has an okay story, and pretty terrible CGI. The movie also has good music. A problem for me was the overuse of sexual tension in this movie, you have Deepika Padukone, taking off her clothes and flirting almost every five minutes. They overuse the seduction. The humor too sometime come at unnecessary moments. There were also one too many boob jokes in this movie.  I would seriously say WAR was better than this movie. They could have done a lot better.  The movie is a one time watch and if you are keeping up with the spy-universe. This a must-watch because this plays a huge role in the movies to come. But otherwise, this isn't really a movie you have to watch.
